It is the policy of our office to collect any copayments when you arrive for your appointment. Unless other arrangements have been made, estimated patient surgical fees are due prior to your scheduled surgery date. As a courtesy, we will file all claims to your insurance carrier; however, you may be responsible for any unpaid balance. Mutually acceptable payment arrangements are available for extenuating circumstances. VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted for your convenience.
